About Our Accommodation

Our holiday home is quietly located in the countryside with no immediate neighbours and is ideal for country walks directly from the property.



The Gite
The Gite is ideal for two couples and child or family with three children and can comfortably accommodate 5 people.
It comprises:
Upstairs double bedroom:
One double bedroom comprising a double bed and one single bed.
An en-suite shower room and WC.
Downstairs double bedroom:
One double bedroom comprising a double bed or two single beds.
An en-suite shower room and WC.
Downstairs:
The entrance from the garden is via split-level door leading into the lounge/dining area. At the rear is a kitchen which has a sink unit, gas cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer.

You can enjoy free WIFI internet connection, DVD, satellite TV (BBC, ITV,etc) and a collection of books and games to entertain you. The rooms are fully insulated for all year use and currently have air conditioning for heating and cooling.

Outside
You have access to a lawned garden area and other hard based with tables, chairs, gazebo and a BBQ.
There is plenty of parking space.
Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, doctors, dentists, etc in Evron, about 10 minutes drive away.

Our Gite is available for holidays or long term rental.
You will love talking to our two horses and feeding the chickens.

Our Outdoors

Our Local Activities
We have 7 Acres of pasture land with two horses and grow our own food. Strawberries and cherries are normally available in April/May/June time, grapes around September. There are swings for children, a 4.5m splash pool, large area of grass for football and other games and bikes for adults and children. The countryside lanes and tracks are very quiet and pleasant for cycling and walking.




Horses and Grazing
Here are our two horses Havane and Leeloo when Leeloo was a foal.

We have enough space and grazing (grass livery) for one extra horse long term but could manage more for short term stays. Guests will need to organise their own hay for winter months. Grazing is only available for guests that stay with us.
